Payment is made via bank transfer in Pound Sterling, GBP.

Monthly instalments can be discussed.  Artworks will be shipped following full receipt of payment.

PayPal is not accepted.

Shipping

​

I aim to despatch artworks within 7 working days following receipt of payment.  Paintings and works on paper are shipped flat and securely packaged and protected using recycled materials where possible. ​

​

International shipments can take several weeks depending on their customs procedures.  Each country is different.

 

Customs, Taxes and Duty charges

I am unable to control any customs, taxes or duty charges which arise, these are all fully payable by the purchaser.

UK and International Refund Policy ​

 

I try to be as clear as possible about the look of the artwork, ensuring all photographs of my art are true to life.  Please note colour variations may occur from monitor to monitor.  You are always welcome to request more images prior to purchase. 

 

To date, none of my artworks have arrived damaged.  All purchases are non-refundable.  However, if on the rare occasion an artwork were to arrive damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the artwork, emailing: aisha@aishabridgman.com with clear supporting photos of the damage.

Hanging & framing

​

Artworks should not be hung in direct sunlight.  Canvas paintings are sold ready to hang.  

 

Framers recommend glazing (adding glass) when framing works on paper, particularly if they involve oil pastel or are heavily textured with mixed media or paint.  To ensure the glass does not touch the artwork, a double mount in cream or a slim box frame can work well, creating a little space above the artwork.  Glass also helps to prevent smudging and protects the work from dust.
