Purchasing

Payments are made via bank transfer in Pound Sterling, GBP.  Once payment is received, I will pack and ship your painting.

PayPal is not accepted.

Shipping

​

I ship world wide and aim to despatch artworks within 7 working days following receipt of payment.  Small paintings are shipped flat, securely packaged with protective acid free glassine paper and with recycled materials where possible.  I may use a professional shipper for larger paintings.

I can deliver paintings locally, free of charge. 

​

Due to the current climate, please note there may be delays and some international shipments can take several weeks.  

 

Customs, Taxes and Duty charges

I am unable to control any customs, taxes or duty charges which arise, these are all fully payable by the purchaser.

UK Refund Policy 

​

To date, I have not had any returns as I try to be as clear as possible about the look of the artwork, ensuring all photographs of my art are true to life.  Please note colour variations may occur from monitor to monitor.  You are always welcome to request more images prior to purchase.  However, if you are unhappy with an artwork, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss.  

 

For a UK return, the responsibility for the return shipment would be yours.  This would include packing the artwork, organising the same shipment service in which the artwork was sent and paying for all costs.  Providing the artwork arrives undamaged, a refund will be given for the artwork only, all refunds are minus outgoing and return UK shipment costs.

 

International Refund Policy

 

All shipped artworks sent outside of the UK are exempt from refunds.  I have not had any returns to date, as I try to be as clear as possible about the look of the artwork, ensuring all photographs of my art are true to life.  Please note colour variations may occur from monitor to monitor.  You are always welcome to request more images prior to purchase.

Depending on the scale of your artwork, myself or a professional shipper will carefully pack your purchase.  However, if an artwork has been damaged through the shipment process, please email me within 7 days of the artwork’s arrival, complete with supporting images of the damage.

Hanging & framing

​

Artworks should not be hung in direct sunlight.  Canvas paintings are sold ready to hang.  I recommend framing and glazing (adding glass) to works on paper, particularly if they involve oil pastel.  Glass helps to prevent smudging and protects the work from dust.  If you wish to frame your artwork, affordable frames can be bought online, or a local framer can make a bespoke one for you.
